An experienced graduate Physical Therapist with a demonstrated history of working in the health, wellness and fitness industry. Skilled in Injury Rehabilitation, Injury Assessments and Treatment, First Aid, Soft Tissue Therapy, Personal Training, Fitness Instruction, Statistical Data Analysis, Communication, Screening, and Teamwork. A strong healthcare services professional with a bachelor’s degree focused in Sports and Exercise from Staffordshire University. Sam has worked within physiotherapy clinics, medical practices and gyms treating a variety of patients including athletes and the public with different types of injuries.

During his graduate studies at Staffordshire University, Sam was a member of the Society of Sports Therapists, a group that allowed him to work within physiotherapy clinics gaining valuable experience while studying. Sam’s interest in sports and Physical Therapy is driven by his passion for distance running. Being a keen distance runner, he can give valuable advice on overuse and repetitive strain injuries in particular. In his own time, he partakes in a lot of running, football and strength training. Due to experiencing a serious ankle injury in 2015, Sam has a passion for rehabilitating injuries and believes that hard work pays off. Also, that general maintenance of the body and injury prevention rehab is extremely important.
